The Texas Section AWWA is committed to education of not only our water
and wastewater professionals but of our youth and Young Professionals who will
become the leaders of the water community.
To meet our goals, we provide a multi-faceted approach to Education.
K-12+ Education
Understanding
the value of water is essential for a thriving State and like all things
important for our future, education at all levels is essential. As a leader in the Water Community, Texas
AWWA is not only committed to classroom education on all aspects of water, we
are recognized as a leader in providing Scholarship opportunities to our
members to support future leaders in higher education.
Over the years, the Texas
Section AWWA has provided nearly $500,000 in scholarships, and
every year on a Statewide and local basis through our Chapters provides
thousands of dollars of support to higher education.
You can help
us continue this program by contacting us at scholarship@tawwa.org or by purchasing our unique

We also need your support to advance our
K-12 Education programs throughout the state either with your financial or
volunteer commitment to our programs.
Your financial support is directly applied to providing water education
resources to teachers statewide. Your
