The Future of Emergency
Response in Texas

Using a coordinated preplanned
'utility to utility' mutual aid program, TXWARN, through statewide partnerships and the State of Texas, stands ready to help utilities plan for and recover after catastrophic events.

STATEWIDE MUTUAL AID AGREEMENT

Do you know where your water comes from? Nearly three out of four Texans don't. It's important to know because water—and having enough of it—is a critical issue for the state of Texas.

The good news is it doesn't take much effort: even by reducing our water use by just 5 percent, we can make our water last.  Learn More about the WATER IQ Program.
