<description><![CDATA[<img alt="" style="margin-bottom: 10px; margin-right: 10px; float: left;" src="https://www.tawwa.org/resource/resmgr/images/texas_plate.jpg" />The next car you drive by could be reminding you to conserve water.<br /><br />After almost ten years since the initial concept, a Texas water conservation license plate is now available for ordering.<br /><br />Daniel Nix, the Public Utilities Operations Manager for the City of Wichita Falls, has been working with various groups over the past decade to make the "Save Water, Texas!" license plate transform from an idea to a reality.<br /><br />Out of the $30 fee for the specialty plate, $22 will go back into the TAWWA scholarship fund.<br /><br />The license plates are available for purchase for passenger vehicles, motorcycles and trailers online by clicking to:<br /><br /><a href="https://www.myplates.com/design/personalized/passenger/conserve-water/" target="_blank">https://www.myplates.com/design/personalized/passenger/conserve-water/</a><br /><br />You can also order the specialty plate at your county tax office.<br /><br />]]></description>
